Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items (marked as such)
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized/customized items
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers

Return Process

  1. Initiate your return through our online portal
  2. Pack items securely in original packaging
  3. Affix the prepaid return label (US customers only)
  4. Drop off at designated carrier location

Refund Timeline

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after receipt
  • Refund method: Original payment form
  • Sale items refunded at purchase price

International Returns

  • Customers outside the US are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs/duties fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges

Exchanges

We currently offer refunds only. For a different size/color, please place a new order.

Damaged/Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance with:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Shipping damages
  • Incorrect items received

Store Credit Option

Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit valid for 12 months.
